Tasting Notes

The nose has rich sherry notes with aromas of raisins, brown sugar and honey. The palate is viscous and rich with residual sugars from the wine itself and reveals flavors of dates, figs and vanilla. The finish has notes of coffee and molasses. The whisky that drinks like a desert.

Mash bill 60% rye, 20% malted rye and 20% corn. Bottled at 101.6 proof / 50.8% ABV
