Tasting Notes

The nose has a huge pipe tobacco and walnut aromas. The palate is viscous and rich with residual sugars from the wine itself with leather, brown sugar and almonds. The finish is espresso-like, with a touch of creme brûlée.

Mash bill 60% rye, 20% malted rye and 20% corn. Bottled at 98.8 proof / 49.4% ABV
