Join us for a truly special dining experience at our first ever “Field to Glass” of the Hudson Valley. Talented chef Nicholas Leiss of Farm 2Chef ‘s Table will be creating a unique 6 course menu carefully paired to different Coppersea Distilling whisky spirits.
Chef Nicholas Leiss has worked with some great restaurants and mentors from New York City to the Hudson Valley over the years. His passion lies in bringing people together at the dinner table and savoring the bounty that the beautiful Hudson Valley and surrounding area has to offer.
Coppersea Distilling is a 75 acre farm distillery using Heritage Methods to craft fine whiskies. All Coppersea’s whiskies are a true expression of their raw materials and a hand-crafted distilling process.
This exciting evening will take place outside at Coppersea Distilling’s gorgeous farm looking up at the Shawangunk Mountains. Tickets will include the 6 course meal as well as 6 different whisky pairings. We hope to see you there!
